Neck Tags
- Neck Tags require a smaller press or a way to manipulate the the shirt to allow for the appropriate pressure. The collar of the shirt will cause pressure issues if done incorrectly.
Extra Tips
- Fine Designs
You must apply the appropriate pressure when your design has fine lines.
- Teflon Pillows/Sheets
A must have to apply the appropriate pressure to your design; the main culprit for DTF not transferring properly is a lack of desired pressure.
Quick-Tip
Dry-fit the sheet onto the desired area prior to peeling. You can make adjustments if needed at this step.
- Peel the white backing off the clear film.
- Carefully place design on desired space.
- Using your hands, push down firmly on the designs. The adhesive is pressure-activated so push on designs until satisfied.
- Peel the clear film off.
Lower the temperature to 200°F and apply for 10 seconds on the front. Then, turn it inside out and heat at 300°F for 20 seconds.
To keep the Chenille fluffy, use a lower temperature to position the patch first, then a higher temperature to secure it firmly on the back.
